Just Five Minutes II

some sort of Marvel video I chanced upon...
basically it's just The Hulk, Iron Man, and Spider-Man hangin' out and beating up robots.
Awesome.

the intro to the new Lakai video.
I don't even really care about skateboarding and this is straight dope.

god this is such a cool documentary... the 6th part of a BBC documentary on the last year for the Ireland rugby team, definitely my sentimental favorite for the upcoming Six Nations tournament...I realize like none of you know anything about rugby but just watch this as a good documentary.

under-seen footage of Jimi and The Who wrecking their entire setups...the intro is hilarious too.

The Master, Willie D. this video needs no introduction. Watch it for at least 9 seconds and you will be hooked.

See ya'll soon

I'm Ballin' Like I Got Scouts Checkin' For Me

This has been a super busy week so I haven't really had time to take out my camera and make sweet, sweet posts. However, I guarantee I will have it out next week so yeah. Updates are a-comin. Still, I felt like I should put something up here rather than just let it fade in the face of homework. So I'm posting pictures from my phone...these are from all over the place...p.s the picture above is sooooo picture of the day.
Nat wearing my lion coat...
Dan and yeast.
Han wearing my new scarf...
the absolutely ridiculous sunday Lena and I shared over break

Mr. S and his piece.
Buki and Catherine on New Year's... i really like this one.
haha some loser in a Panda suit...working this job on Christmas Day was so funny I had to take a pic...sorry dude.
Nat with scarf...a few weeks ago I think
One of my favorite views here in Gambier, right over by Ascension...this was right after I got out of my religion final, I was waiting for Han (we aced it.)

my precious.
Lil' J, rocking the baby eyes on...I think this was from thanksgiving?
BK with a milk moustache.
Amanda wearing my custom cap
Allison, from the summer actually...those Fort Reno nights.
Lil $ E
I promised my boss over the summer that I would post this pic of this ridiculous beetle he found...
My fellow roomates...down the hall.
a random box of vitamins I saw for sale in a 7-11 outside of Virginia over break...
an interesting view from my new york trip.
MORE BETTER PICS NEXT WEEK

Just Five Minutes

Alright, loyal readers...
I'm adding something new to the blog from this point on.
Every sunday, me than likely around this time, I'll have a new kind of post.
No big thing, just five minutes of entertaining video.
I'll post five Youtube videos I've perused, enocuntered, and enjoyed over the past week.
Various lengths, topics, styles, blah blah blah just five cool videos.
Give each one 1 (one) minute. if you like none, then whatever, it was just five minutes.
If you like one, watch the next part of it,
or a connecting video,
or the next one.
I just figured I owed at least five minutes of legitimate entertainment if you guys are nice enough to look at my art.
Go on a veritable culture shopping spree.

It's just five minutes.

The Making of Miles Davis' Kind Of Blue: Pt. 1
a real cool video. Q-Tip of A Tribe Called Quest talks about the album.

David Bowie and The Arcade Fire: Wake Up (Live)
just a great song. And the current 402 Mather anthem.

Amazing footage of legendary and extremely under-rated tap dancers The Condos Brothers.
Steve Condos was the man who first made me want to tap.
Shouts to TWA past and present, and future.

an absolutely ridiculous early and under-seen Bruce Lee fight.
Not that I'm a conossuier, I just wandered upon it.
(p.s it's in French and you know that makes it extra awesome, don't lie.)

and, to exit, something easygoing.
some straight, up, stone-cold hip hop.
Mos Def, caught off the sidewalk of Central Park, hops in.

EDIT: forgot to mention, this is also celebrating 100 posts, offish.

You Put Me Where I Need To Be, Twist You Everytime I Feel The Need

ended up at the swim meet at the KAC (Kenyon Athletic Center)
it's really just a bunch of people running around in their underwear.
my tattoo is way cooler than the swim team's tattoo...but I might put that on my right shoulder.
(it's the kenyon shield)
we rule at swimming, btw. I think we have like seven coaches^

the crew...today was really fun. Thanks guys.
